PAY VIA PAYPAL; YOU CAN PAY WITH YOUR CREDIT / DEBIT CARD IF YOU DON’T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT

Recording devices may not be used to photograph or video during the session.

For a subject who is a minor you are legally able to give consent.

There is no guarantee on the number of the images presented from a session. 

All images will be watermarked and available to view from online Gallery.

One Family is allowed per booked Session. Extra family members may join only on request. Extra fee per person.

Please arrive on time for your session. You may be turned away.

The booking fee is non refundable, but transferable to anothr date.

You agree to hold Phillip Cullinane Photography harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Phillip Cullinane Photography arising out of any breach by you of these terms and conditions. A travel fee may apply.
